Instructions:
1) Roast the Gram Flour:In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt the ghee on low to medium heat. Once it is melted, add the gram flour and roast it slowly, stirring continuously. The flour should become light golden brown and release a nutty aroma. This process takes about 5-7 minutes.

2) Make the Sugar Syrup:In another pan, add Jivana sugar and about 1/2 cup of water. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the syrup comes to a one-string consistency. This means when you drop a little syrup between two fingers, it should form a single thread.

3) Mix the Ingredients:Gradually pour the sugar syrup into the roasted gram flour while stirring constantly. Add the Jivana turmeric powder, cardamom powder, and Jivana sea salt to the mixture. Continue stirring until everything is well combined.

4) Cook the Mixture:Keep cooking the mixture on medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan. You may add more ghee if needed for a smooth texture.

5) Set the Mysore Pak:Grease a square or rectangular tray with a little ghee and pour the mixture into the tray. Smooth the surface and allow the mixture to cool and set for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, cut it into squares or rectangles.

6) Serve:Your Jivana-infused Mysore Pak is ready to serve! These delightful, aromatic pieces are perfect for sharing with family and friends during any celebration.
